Up in the USA yesterday, Congress started a bill to call the forced relocation and murders of 1.5 million Armenians by Turkey during the Ottoman times…genocide. Of course, Turkey is pissed off. I, quite frankly, am not the one to judge this situation. But while you are at it, Congress, why not declare the murder, forced relocation and deaths due to disease of the approximately 50 million Native Americans on your soil…call that Genocide. Let’s get real…everyone’s hands are bloody…before you call a spade a spade…look into your heart of hearts and see the victims who were clubbed down and maybe your realization will shine like a diamond…and just maybe awareness will begin to be part of the American Way…..

OK…That’s What Friends are For
The Dear Friends up in Marin County were able to raise over 7 Grand for Catherine Abby the other night. That is quite an accomplishment and very lovely. Now she has some breathing room to help in her much needed healing. Thanks everyone…and by the way, that photo of Catherine Abby was taken on Ultra-Beloved Lolita’s cell phone in Larkspur, California and sent to me on Sunday of this week…that Lolita is such a techie…I wonder if she knows that Sudheer took a photo of her revealing the outer edges of a very lacey thong…that girl! Love her and Catherine beyond words….you too, Ajita! How do you like my hat from Istanbul?
My Dear Friend
My most Beloved Friend Catherine Abby AKA Herbal Savita is in the 6th week of chemo therapy up in Marin County. She is quite dear to me and has been there for me countless times in the past. We met years ago at the Ashram in Poona, India. We got so close over the years and she has been so instrumental in keeping me close to the truth. I honor her wisdom. Friends up in California had a fund raiser for her last night. Richard contributed some money and I contributed a necklace and a copy of the Film about the art here at Casa las Ranas….both items brought in some much needed cash for Dear Savita. I drink a toast to you, Savita…I drink a toast to now. You welcomed me with open arms so many years ago in that early morning kitchen in India
Enough Said
This Whole Trip….
….would not have run as smooth as it did if not for Richard. Richard led the way with such in depth research of maps, metros, trains, buses, trams, allies, mosques, palaces, museums, coffee places, restaurants, bridges, towers, hills, undergrounds, surfaces, etc…. I followed along at his side or two steps back. We have had such a delightful time. We are now in Munich at Niharika and Hans’ home resting. Tomorrow we leave for Paris and dear Beloved Mexico. I want to be home. Even though Richard heads for the States on tuesday…I need to be home…with the animals, friends, garden and the Work…..Thankyou Existence, for this Divine sojourn….pics will follow over the next few days….We are heading home….Love to all….Groove On!!!!!!
Wind Up Toys
Just wind us up and we walk everywhere here in Istanbul. But I believe it is time to wind down. We are ready to come home after a delightful and unforgetable excursion. We feel ultra-blessed for this trip and twice blessed to return to Casa las Ranas and San Miguel. Here are some more pics of Istanbul. I believe one of them was shot at Ciya restaurant on the Asian side. That is the chef/owner Musa between Richard and I. He is considered the Master Chef of Turkey. We ait lunch there twice. THE BEST FOOD WE HAVE EVER EATEN. No…I am not a foodie…just a simple guy from Oklahoma City. Love to all!!!! Also included is a pic of the Blue Mosque taken at twi-light…Love!!!!
